Acceptance

By using kkamagi, you accept these terms.

Requirements

Kkamagi requires macOS 14.2 or later and a supported OpenAI or Google API key that you supply. You are responsible for authorization to use your provider account.

Service limitations

Live interpretation is provided on a best-effort basis and may be incomplete or inaccurate. DRM-protected or otherwise unavailable audio may not be captured.

Do not rely on interpretation output for emergency, medical, legal, or financial decisions.

App access and provider fees

The 3-day trial and Lifetime access are app access products. There is no automatic subscription renewal.

Kkamagi uses your own API key. Provider charges are separate from app access and are billed under your provider account.

Acceptable use

You must follow applicable law, respect third-party rights, and follow provider terms. You must have authority to process the audio being interpreted.

Third-party services

Apple, OpenAI, and Google operate under their own terms. Their availability can change independently of kkamagi.

The current published effective date identifies the version of these terms that applies.
